It's a well known fact that journalling is a tool for improvement in many areas of life. The Kickboxing Journal is purposefully designed to help anyone who trains kickboxing get more out of every session in the gym.
Unlike a blank notebook, every page is built around the way kickboxing is actually trained, so your time goes into reflecting rather than working out what to write. Thoughtful prompts allow you to record and reflect on every class, and the carefully designed layout gives you the opportunity to break down your technical drills, bag and pad work, and conditioning. There is also a dedicated section for sparring classes. Writing a session down forces you to process it, which is where real improvement happens, so you leave the gym with the lesson captured rather than lost by the next morning. This helps you recognise patterns, sharpen your combinations and improve your skills when you find yourself in familiar situations again.
Setting goals and checking in on them keeps you accountable, and this kickboxing training journal helps you define and reach those goals so you can become the kickboxer you aspire to be.
Over time your journal becomes your story, a record of the dedication and progress behind your development. This is the difference between simply training and actually improving.

The kickboxing journal is something I’ve been looking out for a long time now. I have been slack in the past with logging my training sessions, post fights, and just in general when it comes to documenting. But with the martial arts journals and in particular the kickboxing journal for my specific martial arts discipline it makes it easy and straight forward about what I should be writing down!
It allows for me to have a clear focus when going into and coming out of sessions about what I need to improve on moving forward. It also allows me to take in multiple factors as in my energy levels etc.
I cannot recommend any of these martial arts journals enough, whether you are starting your martial arts journey or looking for constant improvement in your already existing one!
