Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Orders are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that public holidays, courier delays or customs processing may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. All costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges aren’t included in the product or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. Martial Arts Journals isn’t responsible for these additional charges if they apply.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@martialartsjournals.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
