We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer returns on eligible items.

Change of Mind Returns

Unopened journals can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@martialartsjournals.com before sending your item back. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. We’re unable to accept returns for opened or used journals.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your item reaches us safely. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
