G
Ive been training BJJ for over a decade ,and these days Im juggling work, family ,and limited training time.
With so much online content and constant new technique's ,its easy to lose focus. This journal has been a great tool for grounding my training , helping me set clear goals, reflect on sessions, and stay intentional rather than distracted. It's practical, well thought out , and genuinely supports long term progress.
Highly recommend
Got it for my 14yr old son for xmas loved it.
Definitely recommend it great gift idea.
I’ve been a huge fan of my BJJ journal.
They’ve helped me track my training properly and, more importantly, given me a clear picture of what I need to work on to keep progressing.
Having everything laid out in one place makes it easier to spot patterns in my game, set focus areas, and move forward with intention rather than just turning up and rolling.
The quality is amazing as well.
So much attention to detail has gone into this. From the dual-page bookmarks, to the thoughtful layouts, to the heaps of space for notes, session types, training partners, and reflections after each session. It’s clear that it's been designed by someone who actually trains, and not just a generic journal.
I’m already looking forward to getting my hands on the future versions.
Highly recommend if you’re serious about improving.
Loving the Jiu Jitsu journal so far.
It is easy to get lost in the huge amount of moves in the sport but the journal's method of self reflection helps to keep me focused on my goals and to make compound improvements over time.
It is great for looking back and realising that you have actually improved as well, after a tough day on the mats.
